Ken Tracy

Ken, founded TaleMed in 2006 with a vision of delivering cost-effective, efficient staffing solutions for hospitals across the country. With his strategic acumen and forward thinking, Ken has helped make TaleMed one of the fastest-growing, highest-rated travel nurse companies. The company has been Joint Commission Certified since 2007. Ken received the Ernst & Young Midwest Region Finalist award in 2015 and 2016. In 2019 TaleMed merged with Triage to form one of the largest healthcare staffing/solution companies in the United States.

Prior to TaleMed/Triage, Ken served as President at Trasys and Vice President at Fluor Daniel. At Trasys, Ken built the IT company and its project management, database management and web interface services from the ground up. In 2000, it was the fastest growing tech firm in the United States. At Fluor Daniel, a global engineering and construction company, he managed the staffing and deliverables for commercial and industrial building projects, including multiple buildings exceeding $700 million.

Passionate about serving the community, Ken agreed to be president of Cincinnati Christian University, his alma mater for two years to assist in building a foundation of financial stability.

Along with Elizabeth, he co-founded Impacting Tomorrow, a medical- and faith-based philanthropic foundation that seeks to make a positive impact by contributing financial support and volunteers to local and global mission projects. Ken is also an active volunteer and fundraiser with many Cincinnati-area charities, including those supported by Impacting Tomorrow.

As an avid sports fan, he enjoys attending college basketball games and served as the Men’s Basketball coach at CCU from 2012-14.

Libby Tracy

Elizabeth, Managing Partner of OneVue Capital, studied business management at Cincinnati Christian University. She co-founded TaleMed with her husband in 2006. Under her leadership, TaleMed has gone from a startup to one of the leading healthcare and travel nursing companies in the country. In 2020 TaleMed merged with Triage to create one of the largest healthcare staffing/solution companies in the United States. Reflecting her dedication and managerial stewardship, she received the Woman-Owned Business of the Year by the Clermont Chamber of Commerce in 2016 and the Ernst & Young Midwest Region Finalist award in 2015 and 2016.

She’s a strong and passionate leader who believes in giving every employee the support they need so they can fully engage for others. Elizabeth serves on the Board of Directors for the Milford Miami Township Chamber of Commerce and is a true community servant, continually seeking opportunities to balance business with opportunities to give back to the community.

With Ken, she created Impacting Tomorrow a medical- and faith-based service arm. Through this foundation, Elizabeth makes a positive impact by providing volunteers and financial support to a variety of local and global mission organizations.
